I have been scouting professionally now for over 30 years and Andy Bisceglia
has been working with me as a part time scout with the Arizona
Diamondbacks for the last 7 of those years. His ability to find and
evaluate talent is second to none as he has recognized several draft
picks thru the years. I have also had the opportunity to watch Andy as a
coach and he is an outstanding teacher of the game and truly understands
young players. I highly recommend the Royals program to any young player
who truly wants to develop and to any high school player who has a high
desire to go on to the next level. I believe anyone who gets involved with
